RETURN POLICY

Any item that has been "altered" (i.e. sized) or custom made is excluded from return/refund.  

All earrings are excluded from return/refund.

All other pieces returned without damage are eligible as follows:

Within 30 days of purchase 

  1. Full store credit of purchase price including sales tax
  2. Full refund less 10% stocking fee and applicable credit card fee charged to Carl Tanner Designs upon initial purchase

Within 30-60 days of purchase

  1. Full store credit of purchase price including sales tax
  2. Full refund less 15% stocking fee and applicable credit card fee charged to Carl Tanner Designs upon initial purchase

 

SHIPPING

In stock items with no "alteration" will ship within 3-5 business days upon completed order.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment on all rings needing to be sized.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for completion and shipment on all custom orders. 
  • (A more definitive shipment date will be provided once order is received, and craft time is calculated.)
