A center 6.5mm brilliant-cut white diamond simulant is recessed and prong mounted, flanked by two 6.5mm brilliant-cut cornflower blue lab-created sapphires in fine Sterling Silver. We've had so many requests for this ring, that Carl decided to copy his own for our customers. This is a handmade custom order, please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery.
